Every record belongs to one company. Rules inside the database itself make sure people only ever see their own company's data, and automated tests check that one company can't read or change another's.
Records can't be quietly changed
Issued certificates, completed service records and sent invoices are locked. Fixes become new, numbered versions or credits, and the original is always kept.
A history no one can erase
Important changes are written to an audit history that can only grow. No one can edit or delete it, including owners and including us through the app.
Nothing lost in the field
The driver app saves every action on the phone first, then sends it when there's signal. Retries never create duplicates.

- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS
- Passwords are handled by a dedicated sign-in provider, never stored by us in plain text
- Each person gets a role (owner, office or driver) that limits what they can see and do
- Gate and door codes are shown only to people who need them
- Secret keys stay on our servers and never reach the browser
- Records are hidden when removed, not erased, so history stays intact
